We Clear Houses or We Remove Junk
When it comes time to sell, get a house on the market or just clear space in your house (and mind) Tess and Steve come to you and discuss what you want your final outcome to look like. This is the most important part of the mission, getting it to your expectations. For some it is “just remove the items left in the house after we moved and clean it, for others it is “help us decide what is unwanted and what you need to store, then help you pack and stack and remove the balance.
Our mission is to keep items out of landfill, we do this by working with charity groups and give to the less fortunate.
We Manage Deceased Estates
When someone passes in your family and it is your responsibility to manage the estate this can be an extremely difficult, emotional time or even if you are the recipient of a property from someone who you have had no contact with and need to get the possessions out and the house on the market. If you are overseas or interstate or have a job that doesn’t give you much spare time we step in and solve all your problems getting the property over the line. The job could consist of:
Getting all items packed and into storage.
Searching for documents, jewelry and assessing items for salability. Finding lost objects, clothing or keys. We have even been charged with catching the deceased’s pet and taking to rescue shelters.
Completely emptying the house to charity.
Preparing the house for sale, cleaning, arranging trades / quotes for you, identifying problems that could hinder a sale, i.e. do appliances work, light bulbs need changing, does water run properly.

Downsizing, doing a sea change or a tree change; trying to manage two houses in different towns to achieve your final goal, clean the house and get it on the market, we clean everything from cupboards to carpets, lights to tiles, windows and pavers.
We can walk through with you, prepare a full quotation detailing outcomes and get on with the job, most houses take approximately 1 to 4 days to pack and clean, depending on the size and packing options chosen.
We Assist Hoarders
Many hoarders think they are the unusual 1%, this is not the case. Hoarding or clutter comes in many different packages, in our society today where it is possible to have things cheaply delivered to your house, pick things up from roadside throw outs, excessive Christmas and birthday gifts, it is easy to get out of control very quickly, or maybe you see yourself as “hoarding” when in fact you or a loved one have just collected a lifetime of memories and you can’t let go. We should not feel bad about our possessions and collections, love them and enjoy them, but at the same time we need to live in a modicum of healthy surrounds as well.
